If you are looking for an exceptional canine companion with unsurpassed loyalty to your family circle, you are looking for a Whisperwind Labrador! Our names are Gene & Joyce Tarquinio and we live in Beaver County, Pennsylvania,located 20 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport.

We are the proud owners of Whisperwind Labradors and have been very active breeders & trainers of quality AKC black, chocolate & yellow labrador retrievers since 1990, specializing in the perfection of the correct type, temperament, train ability and intelligence.
We’ve also established Scent-Tech, Inc, which is our own corporation that works with labradors as explosive, weapon and narcotic detection dogs.
We condition our labradors for therapy work, visiting nursing homes in our area.
We offer one on one email lessons and are available for phone consultations
We are fully licensed and insured.
We breed our puppies from excellent English champion lines.
We raise the puppies in our home so they are very well socialized to ensure they will have the best start as working labs or even as new cherished family members.
We give the puppies their immunizations and they are wormed (if necessary) prior to leaving us for their new homes.
We provide a written hip & health guarantee. for our puppies.
We are available to our puppy owners for guidance and advice for the remainder of the puppy’s life.
